“Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.”
CMA’s approach is to help others help themselves. By partnering with donors, supporters, churches, and other NGO’s, we provide assistance, training, and resources so that the people we serve can continue along the path to self-sufficiency. What does that look like?
We are regular people, reaching out to millions of lives in Kenya, Uganda, and South Sudan, making a difference since 1986, giving all the glory to God.
In Acts 6:1-7, we read the story of the ministry of Jesus’ disciples. They were overwhelmed trying to teach the word of God when there were such immense physical and economical needs of their people going unmet. They rallied together and appointed seven helpers to take care of the needs of the people. The result? “The word of God spread.”
So, at CMA, we seek out the “seven men and women” to join us (in reality, it’s way more than seven!) Every one of us is gifted with certain talents and abilities, and we believe that in creating partnerships with individuals, churches, and non-governmental organizations (NGO’s) we can carry out our vision. We invite you to not only contribute financially, but to roll up your sleeves, come to Africa, and participate in our work. Rally up your friends and family. Invest in our cause. Build relationships with the people whose lives you touch.
